Return Policy

At The Exotic Oud, we understand that sometimes a fragrance may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. We want you to be confident in your decision to shop with us, so we offer a refund on all returned items.

 

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and if you choose to purchase a label through us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your total order amount.  If you do not choose to purchase a label through us, you are responsible for the label of your item.

NOTE: If the item is damaged when receiving it, then we will provide you the Return Label free of charge.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances due to safety and hygiene reasons.

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

 

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact support@theexoticoud.com immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
